This is the best saline nose wash moisturizer!!! I am on oxygen 23 hours a day and I get nose bleeds easy and using this and a aquagel I have almost eliminated them!!! I love and need this stuff...will continue to buy it!

I absolutely loved his my nose and throat felt after using this liquid nose rinse, it helped clear out drainage phlegm in my throat and also helped with bringing moisture to my nose. I would definitely buy this again I just wish the canister was larger because I liked to do so much nose spray to rinse and get my nose fresh feeling. This is definitely the most refreshing nose spray I have ever used.

This works really well for traveling and on the go! Not as great as a neti pot. But I don't like to take that with me when I travel so these are perfect. Great for allergy season too.

Oh my gosh! I have very bad sinuses and allergies. This year has been worse than the previous years. I generally try to address the issue with natural remedies, however, it had gotten so bad I needed medication. Mind you, this has been going on for 3 months. After the medication, there's still a lingering post nasal drip. I decided to give this nasal spray a try. After all, it's drug free and offers fast mucus relief. I tried it for the first time yesterday and it did wonders. I have my voice back, there's no drainage from my sinus and I'm able to breathe. This is the real deal. It worked right away. The nozzle is adjustable so I can manage the amount I want. I do have to get used to it. There was a lot of the liquid that dripped out after I sprayed it into my nostrils. The directions says to hold my head straight, but I feel I should tilt my head back. Also, the packaging doesn't state how often it can be used. I did find the information on Amazon. This is a great product at a low price. I don't mind spending $10 on a 4oz can to get relief.

I am currently using this "Daily Hygiene" nasal spray. They also have another version, "Cold & Flu", which is the orange colored bottle. From the ingredients list both has the same so I don't know if there is really even a difference or just a marketing strategy. Regardless, having tried both, I like them both and use them the exact same way.This is the first nasal spray I've used that has an adjustable spray nozzle for you to choose from. I like the mist spray and will only be using that because the jet spray is too jarring. You can even lock the nozzle so no spray comes out when you press down, which is great if you are bringing it with you on a road trip or in your purse when you're out for errands. I really like this and it really cleared out whatever gunk was in my nose. We recently had a pollen explosion/mating season for the trees so everything had a yellow cast. My husband is very sensitive to pollen but luckily I'm not so I volunteered to spray down the entire patio, our car, and around our house - the water pretty much turned yellow! I also made sure I gave one of this 2 pack nasal spray to him and he has been using it religiously. The expiration date is clearly printed on the bottle, near the spray nozzle. This is made in Portugal.

The nasal saline spray works. This spray was not to salty like some of them are. I felt like it worked fine but it is definitely not my favorite but I did like it. Now that it is allergy season it is a good time to try it out. Stuffed and blocked up sinus/nasal passages are no fun.

exactly the same as other saline sprays we use from the drug store EXCEPT this aerosol spray goes up further into the sinus cavities than any other we have used. So I think it is more effective in cleansing the sinuses. Directions say to shake well before use. I guess this ensures that the salt content is mixed well and prevents a high concentration of salt in any single spray dose.Much more expensive that saline spray but the aerosol pushes the saline higher up into the recesses of the sinus. We have food grade 9% saline that we use for nebulizing with 3% food grade peroxide about once per week. This works great especially during allergy seasons for daily use since it is has less sodium chloride (salt). Yes, I recommend but would prefer it was not quite as expensive. I suspect the container and aerosol mechanism accounts for the majority of the cost.
