You Can Get Rid Of the Voice
Directions were ok. Had to read through a few times, but got it eventually. To get rid of voice, and still have coundown beeps, press power button so it is on. Then press settings/gear button until you see what looks like an unlocked padlock. Then press plus button ( + ) until 2 is on the screen. You'll have beeps, but no voice. Also, says if you want to use as an alarm clock it must be left plugged in, for anyone using it as that.

Back in a routine again
This is a game changer.After my boxing class closed it was tough to get back into a routine.With this can program how many rounds, how long the round and how long the rest between.Really helps mentally to keep you going.It's perfect and loud enough to be 30ft away from in the garage.Don't throw out the programing instructions like I did.Thank you
