Yes they did fly but definitely don’t flutter gracefully as in the videoThe idea is clever and respect to the manufacturer has put some thought into themWind them up and they do a very quick burstI found if you hold your butterfly from a flat surface the effect a bit better and okGave the grandchildren but only a minute fun
