LEGO75056 Star Wars Advent Calendar

Who ever thought of combining Lego with Star Wars, two of my favourite things as a kid is a genius!!!And now they've made it even better and have turned it into an advent calendar. Honestly!!! I bought this with the intention of giving it to my son. And I did - eventually. It arrived at work, I opened it and then I accidentally opened the box and opened day 1. At this point, I just couldn't do it and ended up keeping it for the month of December.It ended up being a good work reward for my team - whom ever had done a good job got the pleasure of opening the next window and assembling the toy. It was great fun and I'll definitely be buying another one this year.

My son loves it and is happy every morning when he opens the doors. He says there are rare and collectible items but I wouldn't know about that! I bought this when the price dropped in October but still expensive. My son saves up for these or he'd be just getting a cheapo on from me. Probably a fair amount of Lego for the price I suppose though.

My son has completely loved opening this each day so far. It is expensive, yes, but when I think about it as an early present and see how much enjoyment he gets out of opening each window and putting the pieces together I know I have bought the right thing for him. He loves it and he is very very excited about the last window and is very hopeful that this will contain a Christmas darth vadar (gosh I hope it does!!!). A brilliant buy for all star wars lego fans

I bought two of these; one for my 8-year old Nephew and one for me (for something to talk about on the telephone!), and neither of us were disappointed. In my opinion, this advent calendar eclipses last years by a country mile, ...more of the ships are recognisable from the films (but in miniature, of course!) and the Santa Darth Vader was a really nice touch too. Overall, a perfect (although expensive!) companion for any Lego/Star Wars/Christmas fan (and it kept the kid off of chocolate too!)

Not so impressed with the Lego Star Wars advent as I was with the Lego city advent. By comparison the Star Wars contents were minimal and less robust with ships being a few pieces which came apart far too easily. Thankfully other lego helped make more robust. Even at the discounted price I felt this wasn't as good value for money and had a frustrated child when ships didn't withstand play. If looking for advent I'd recommend the lego city 60063 over this.

Great product once I'd realised that the instructions are on the reverse side of the calendar doors - until then I was truly worried that I was going to have to guess how to help my son to make the items inside!

Purchased for my grandson , as normal advent Calender , and as he is a Star Wars and Lego fan , he enjoys this immensely , and diligently assembles or adds to his other Lego sets each day the Magic Day approaches

LEGO everyday leading up to Christmas and then LEGO all on Christmas day what's not to love, everything is awesome, especially if you get this calender.One issue, no instructions, building it from the pictures is all well and good but once Christmas is over a page of images inside or even a small manual would have been nice.
