Xavax "Coffeeduck" HD7810-7814 Coffee Filter for Senseo Classic - Silver

I've been using the second of these that I have ordered. The first appears, after several years, to have stopped passing water through itself - not sure why but I've tried fixing it and couldn't. After several years of regular use, that's okay. I ordered a second.These allow the use of a Senseo with any ground coffee. So you can use cheaper coffee and/or just flavours that you'd like to try. I tend to use stronger coffee (than Senseo pods offer) that is simultaneously cheaper (than Senseo brand pods).Definitely recommended. Add the coffee to the dish, cover it with the supplied cover and wipe any escaped coffee (to ensure a seal) makes nicer coffee than the same powder in a normal coffeemaker IMHO

Nothing to dislike. Bought to replace previous one which I've had for many many years (maybe not quite a decade 😳 ) and like the old one, I expect to get another ten years daily use from it.Recommend this if you are lucky enough to still have a senseo machine.

was alittle tight in my HD7814/60 but works well, doesnt produce the foam topping but thats not realy an issue. well worth the money for us senseo users.

After ordering the wrong one I found this and double checked on the machines it was meant for. Absolutely great! Does what is says and means you can use any flavour of coffee you want and make it as strong or weak to your personal taste. What's not to like?

Works a treat for using your own choice of coffee blends. Comes from Europe and took an age to arrive.

This is an excellent product, especially considering the small of amount of Senseo varieties in the UK. Instructions say to use medium ground coffee. However, when I used the two cup button with the Coffeeduck almost full, the coffee seemed a little weak. For my taste, it was much better using the one cup button with medium ground or using the two cup button with a fine ground coffee like espresso.

Globalement très satisfait de cet achat , bien conseillé pour l'achat du filtre qui de fait se place parfaitement dans la machine. Il semble de bonne facture et durable. En terme d'efficacité et de qualité du café obtenu c'est très bien et le nettoyage se fait aisément. Il faut juste un peu ajuster la quantité de café en fonction de la mouture pour obtenir le résultat escompté.Je peu honnêtement conseillé ce produit et le vendeur.

It is important to fill the holder with as many coffee grounds as possible, or after use you have a holder filled with a sloppy sludge of water and grounds that is hard to dispose of neatly. I had some Simple Cups paper pods (which require a special sealing device, no longer available) and use them with this holder, and it really helps with cleanup. The coffee is smooth and strong. Also works with loose tea leaves.

Da ich mir die Philipps Senseo Kaffee-Maschine zugelegt hatte, suchte ich nach weiterer Verwendung meines restlichen Kaffee-Pulvers. Nach nicht langer Suche, wurde ich fündig. Nach einigen Benutzer Rezensionen habe ich mich dann auch für den XAvax Coffeeduck entschieden.Pro:- Sehr sehr guter Geschmack, sehr intensiv, bei richtiger Kaffee-Pulver Wahl (für mich Persönlich Dalmayer classic). Man kann auch Bohnen so kaufen und mahlen, ist ebenfalls top!- sehr sehr leichte Handhabung- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach super- Sehr leichte ReinigungContra:- ist ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man erst nach einigen Versuchen abschätzen kann, wie voll man den Coffeduck füllen soll. Ich persönlich hab den Coffeduck sehr großzügig gefüllt, dann lief mehr daneben, als in meine Kaffee-Tasse :D.- man muss etwas mehr sauber machen, als bei der Verwendung mit herkömmlichen Pads. Aber ganz ehrlich, auf die halbe Minute kommt es morgens nicht an. Ist ja selbsterklärend, da man den Kaffeesatz direkt im Behälter hat.Fazit:Für Leute, denen der "Chemie"-Geschmack der übliches (vor allem Senseo!) Pads schon total auf die Nerven geht, ist das die beste Variante/bzw Abwechslung und wenn man es hochrechnet, sogar wesentlich günstiger! Ich kaufe nur noch Kaffee Pulver, keine Ahnung wann ich das letzte mal meinen Kaffee mit Pads zubereitet habe :D. Und noch einen persönlich Tipp bei der ersten Verwendung: Füllt den Caffee-Duck fürs erste mal auf keinen ZU voll und schon gar nicht mit dem löffel das Pulver noch zusammen drücken (so wie ich das gemacht hatte). Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen der Leute vor mir in mancher Hinsicht nicht befürworten. Selbstverständlich gehen die Geschmäcker auseinander, aber "wässrig" oder "keinen Schaum" sind definitiv Folgen falscher Verwendung ;-).

Great purchase. Works 👌perfect with my Philips Senseo coffee maker machine .love it. Now I can save a money and use any coffe brand and flavor.
