Handy for high up tiles and glass

I returned this item after the firts use for a number of reasons: (1) The handle is too short, (2) most of the attachments shed fibres onto a slightly rough floor, (3) the head is too loose and there is no way to lock it into position meaning it moves around too much, and (4) the attachments all need to be wringed by hand anyway. Most useless mop I've ever attempted to use, I ended up having to finish the clean by hand.
