Not the best quality, but once set up its fine.

Buy it for the price possibly for a TV < 22"
For the price I would say buy it. For a small TV ideal. My TV was 22" and I would not like to have put anything bigger up than that mainly as it was a bit awkward to put up

It tilts, it swivels...
Its a bracket. It does bracketty type things. Cheap and cheerful. No problems !
