Love Garden of Life products!!!

Always great quality
I have plenty of experience in taking supplements at all different price ranges and I can really notice the difference in quality with all Garden of Life products (tried their raw iron, healthy blood, various probiotics - all excellent).This one has a nice amount of selenium (75mcg) to keep your thyroid happy and energised. I take 2 in the morning with some fat in my breakfast (for good absorption of fat soluable vitamins A, D, E & K) and a different brand of B complex at lunch for an afternoon boost.No digestive troubles whether taken with or without food and no side effects. They’re also easy to swallow with water (or capsules can be opened up and mixed with juice or water). I’d happily buy these again.Handy that it’s in 2 capsules as you could take it as a divided dose or could go to 1 a day if you needed less, or were taking another low dose multivitamin.
