This product is amazing for my productivity. I started taking the recommended dose of 2 capsule around lunch time to help me get through the second half of the day and it truly has helped. I feel like I can remember all the little tasks I need to accomplish and the hit of caffeine gives me the slight extra boost I need to get those tasks done. I’m also glad that I know about this product because I know it’ll help me with the brain fog that I have experienced in the past with COVID, so if I get COVID again I feel prepared to deal with it. Definitely will be purchasing these again.

CVD Labs' 6-in-1 Brain Variant, Energy & Memory Support, and Brain Fuel Supplement has so many dosage directions that I'm not sure how many I should take each day. In the description of the product it says, "SUGGESTED USE: Adults to take 4 capsules of the brain health supplement daily with 8-12 fl oz of water." On the pictures of the bottle, in one place it says, "Serving size: 2 capsules". On another picture of the bottle, it says, "Serving Size: 1 capsule with 8-12 oz. of water." I really don't know which directions to follow. I'm currently taking one per day and if I don't have any improved brain function, I'll take two capsules. I really don't plan on taking four per day as that dosage was never mentioned on the bottle. They really need to decide on a firm dosage to help the buyers know what to take. As I insinuated, I haven't noticed any "spark" yet, so I'll start taking two per day tomorrow. If I have any luck with this product, I'll return to this review and update it. If I have no increase in brain power, I'll leave it as it is. For now, I'll leave the decision on whether to purchase it or not to you. Good luck!

I'm currently taking quite a few nootropics right now and I like how largely everything is this is not what I'm already taking, except for K2 which I take. Caffeine doesn't affect me so I don't really notice whether it's there or not but I know chemically it being present in small amounts helps absorb other nearby chemicals a bit better, so I acknowledge that this is a well thought out product. I find that it rounds me out where I feel good control over my ability to focus where I want rather than just being blasted with uncontrollable focus. It's not fine control but overall control which is nice because when bacopa kicks in it's really strong fine control and no overall control. It picks up where some other stuff leaves off, I feel it smooths out the edges similar to another brain pricey brain supplement and I can freely choose one, the other or both because the ingredients don't overlap, it's just going to matter how productive I need to be.I like it a lot, my ADHD likes it a lot and I don't feel any downsides after 3 weeks on it. I just wish it were one pill rather than two, I take two of a lot of things and it's becoming tiring.

These are actually helpful. They are a capsule which is not my favorite but they aren't too big, make sure to take with water or liquid as they are dry. These do seem to help me have energy and focus within an hour of when I take them. I am an early morning person so by the afternoon I am a big sluggish and these really help. They aren't cheap but they do work.
