I purchased these to help calm anxiety about forthcoming medical procedures. I actually found them very helpful (I combine the two).Pleasant enough to drink in a bottle of water. Seem to work quickly. There's no dramatic effect, I just realised that the anxiety and stress feeling had subsided. Certainly helps me.

The shops are stopping to sell the bach flowers so this is perfect for who like to use them as an emotional treatment.
