Good, works for me!

I agree with the last review. It doesn't work for acute sleep problems. If you're extremely stressed or overworked or sick it might not help. But it works for me when I am mildly agitated or simply tired. Then it just takes the edge off and gives that subtle change of energy that helps the body to unwind easier. What normally would have taken an hour or two to sufficiently relax and fall asleep with the remedy takes me a half hour to an hour!

Having used this product for several nights now I can confirm that it does absolutely nothing to help you sleep. You may as well get one of those kitchen vinegar/olive oil sprayers, fill it with your favourite alcoholic spirit and spray that on your tongue. Any affect anyone experiences with this is in their mind - willing themselves to sleep after being so completely ripped off.Yet further proof that the product doesn't work is on the packaging where there is no warning about the product potentially causing drowsiness - something which would be (I believe) required should the product actually stand a chance of working. Have contacted Amazon for a refund.

This is a great product and works so very well, I use it every night and so does my husband and many family and friends that I have recommended it too! It works by stopping your brain from thinking of all the things you have to do the next day so allows you to get off to sleep quickly. It is harmless and non habit forming and all ages can use it. I just can't recommend it enough we have used it for many years now and love it.

I have been using Sleep Spray for about 4 years and it works for me. After moving away from a large urban area 2 years ago where I could buy it locally to a small town I was pleased to find it on Amazon.It has always arrived earlier than estimated and well packaged. I plan to keep some of this spray at bedside in case I need it.I bought a bottle for my Aunt but after 2 nights she said it didn't work for her and gave me the full bottle. All I know is that it calms me if I am restless and if I wake up during the night I can take a few quick sprays and drift off again. I experience no ill effects the next morning.

I have been using Rescue Sleep for over a year now, but I never thought to order it from Amazon. It was less expensive than buying it from Whole Foods (the only store where I can find it), plus it was twice the amount. This stuff works well, the only complaint I have is that I don't tend to sleep through the whole night. But I do recommend Rescue Sleep if you have difficulty falling asleep at night.

This stuff is magic. I always keep a bottle next to my bed for those nights where my brain wont shut off or my stress levels are high and it helps calm me enough for sleep. It's not a sleeping pill, so it wont really put you to sleep as much as it will calm your mind and body. It doesn't leave a sleep-hangover or any sort of grogginess. Love love love. Has a small taste of alcohol but I fall asleep so fast it doesn't bother me. Really helps when your mind won't shut off & you can't fall asleep. It doesn't drug you, it just quiets your brain. Sometimes I fall asleep in a couple minutes. Other times I may have to use it a second time after 10 minutes. Can't be without it. I actually keep it under my pillow. The company that makes it told me the alcohol used is from grapes rather than grains, making it gluten free.
