Kuesuny customer service is the best!
Kuesuny does keep its promise of warranty service. Our Kuesuny memory module died on us within the warranty period, so we contacted Kuesuny for a replacement. However, because they are located in China, they indicated that it would take longer to send us a replacement. Therefore, they recommended we buy a new memory module from Amazon and send them the proof of purchase to give us a refund. It took only three days to get the new module and the refund. That has been the fastest warranty service I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I am old.Thank you, Kuesuny.

Great price and works perfectly!
This memory is a great price and works perfectly in my 2017 iMac. Way cheaper that 'Mac certified' RAM. That is the Apple tax I guess.

Plug and play
I’m using an Asus A15 gaming laptop and I Thought I’d have to do some other downloads for new ram but no , just popped in the ram and instantly it said I have 32gb. Games run super smooth now and my laptop stays way cooler

في الواقع كان الأمر محيرا عندما قمت بتثبيت الذاكرة عملت بشكل جيد ولم أواجه مشكلةبعد يومين ، تعطل الجهاز وظهرت الشاشة الزرقاء , لم أكن متأكدا مما حدث لكن الجهاز أعيد تشغيلهثم تكرر الأمر نفسه بعد يوم او اثنين عمل مكثف على الجهاز , قمت بتحميل (HWINFO64) لرؤية القراءاتلكن الغريب وجدته يشير ان الذاكرة من شركة " Samsung " مما جعلني غير مرتاح لأنني لست متأكدامما إذا كان جزءا موثوقا به أم لا! بعد محاولة تقبل الأمر ، تكرر انهيار النظام بشكل غريب ثم يعاد تشغيل الجهازقمت بتركيب الذاكرتين القديمة وعملت عليها لمده يومين بشكل مكثف , لم أواجه اي مشكله انهيار !فقمت بطلب ارجاع وقد ارجعتها بعد أن تأكدت انها المشكله , وحتى لو لم اواجه مشاكل انهيارربما اكون قد تلقيت ذاكرة غير سليمه ، لكن بالتاكيد ان كل البرامج تشير انها من "Samsung" وبدون رقم موديل !وهذا الشيء بالنسبة لي محير وغير مقبول ولا يمكنني تحملهقمت بشراء قطعتين (Samsung M471A2K43CB1-CRC 16GB DDR4 2400MHz Memory Module)الفرق 100 ريال وهو فرق معقول مقابل الموثوقيه العاليه التي تقدمها هذه الشركات التي تصنع هذه الاجزاءكان يجب علي فعل ذلك منذ البداية
