After some major shipping issues on our initial order, this vendor made everything right for us, and we received this beautiful fan! Thank you.All of the parts and instructions were in the packaging. The pictures shown are exactly how it looks. It took about 1 hr to install.The ceiling fan is installed in our outdoor patio kitchen. It is good-looking and stylish. It has a good amount of light from the 10ft pergala ceiling to the dining table. We love the low profile look of the fan.Everything with this fan is controlled remotely, meaning there is no way to control it manually (no pull-down cord like most ceiling fans). There are 6 speeds on the remote. Six (6)! The margin of difference between ALL of the speeds is indistinguishable.The remote has dimmer controls/function, but there were no instructions to install dimmable bulbs. We will buy them for this will be a wonderful feature and will add nice ambiance on our patio.Look forward to using it more as time goes by.

Exactly as pictured in design, color and quality. Works great with the paired remote for both lighting and air flow. I have it installed under a covered terrace.

The fan is beautiful! Love the options of fan speeds, but the remote is difficult to get the signal you have to click the button several times to turn the fan off or on

The fan came without any fanblades we went ahead and assembled it so we could get ready and hopefully just order the blades well the remote control to the lights which would not work. It worked one time and stopped.

The mounting bracket that holds the fan "ball" is larger than a standard j-box. Maker wants you to screw it into the rafter/joice. If you aren't familiar with risks with this, or issues, watch yourself. They do this to make space for the remote control receiver. Overall, we wanted something with bulbs that we could upgrade to put out more light or have color options (we like 4500-5000K light). The fan is great and this gave us that light option. If they redesign the mouting bracket to fit into a standard J-box, that is a 5-star all around light.

I searched all over for a farmhouse ceiling fan for outdoors. I fell in love with this one and purchased it. Then found out from the contractor I needed a 48” downrod (boom). I found out not all downrods are universal, which this fan is not. I contacted the seller numerous times. They were very patient and helpful every time. They sent me a downrod of 40” at no cost. My contractor made it work knowing that I loved this fan. So thankful for all their help.Great customer service.

We have this fan light on our front porch and it sets the porch off. We get many compliments from it!
