Works great, we tied ours into a under sink ro system, makes zero noise while filling, it will however start beeping if the water fill isn’t satisfied to let you know of a possible issue, it will also stop filling and continue to beep, but works great for what we need.

Ok I love it , works great the dog hates it it scares him every time it refills so now he refuses to go near it. So it has no use for me anymore 😕

I installed it outside. It was very easy. 1 plug and hook water. It would not fill up. I tried adjusting the water pressure thinking maybe my hose has to much pressure. I finally got fed up and apples some gentle persuasion to the top of it and if started working or so I thought. My dogs would get a sip and when it is supposed to refill it doesn’t. It just starts beeping. I have tried adjusting water pressure, cleaning the under side of the bowl to make sure there is no interference. None of this works. The only thing I have found to make it work is a love tap to the top of it and it kicks on. It feels like it is worth the money but only if the it actually worked.

The bowl size and is inadequate if your dog is larger than a Chihuahua. I can understand the need for power. However, this is advertised as an outdoor bowl, and the power cord and hook up are certainly not durable enough to be outside.

I have a 120lb german shepherd/rottweiler mix and mostly an outdoor dog. We are usually at work until the evenings, so this solves the problem of making sure he has water. The installation was quick and easy. Just connect to power and to your water hose. The unit automatically refills as the water gets low. Be sure not to turn the water pressure too high. The water bowl is in stainless steel and cleans easily. The house is heavy-duty plastics -- and feels durable for outdoor use.The biggest issue with this unit needs power. Most outdoor water faucets are not even close to power outlets. So, it's kind of a bummer. It uses a USB-type cable. I would have preferred a 20 or 30-foot, waterproof standard plug cord -- because the USB cable that comes with it is maybe 6 feet?Overall it feels very sturdy and durable if you can get over the power issue.

I have 2 big dogs and this has been a lifesaver outside in the summer. It’s so nice to know they always have access to water outside.
