No More Shin Pain
My daughter sprints in high school. Had major pain in the shins. Did it every day for a week and barely any pain. Was able to get 2 PRs one week later (not joking) since she can run freely. Got this version as it offers 1” and 2” plates. Must buy if you have shin pain

Per leg extension a casa
L'ho comprato per eseguire la leg extensions a casa non avendo il macchinario e devo dire che è discretamente utililizzabile a tal fine a patto che ci si sieda su un piano rialzato altrimenti l'attrezzo tocca il pavimento. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA: le clip di bloccaggio dei pesi non reggono il peso e scivolano giù facendo fuoriuscire disco.

Super für ATG Tibialis Training
Habe lange nach einem Tibialis-Trainer gesucht, bei dem ich die normalen Gewichtsscheiben mit 3cm Lochdurchmesser anbringen kann.Bin super zufrieden, vor allem die 2 beigelegten Klemmverschlüsse sind richtig, richtig gut und knallfest, die würde ich auch so für meine Kurzhanteln gerne von der Marke kaufen können!Die Verstellung des Abstands klappt auch gut, wobei für mich sogar der engste Abstand noch enger sitzen könnte (Schuhgröße 45, normaler Fuß).Alles in allem aber verdiente 5 Sterne, top Teil!
