Not what we were looking for
The mattress looks nice, but it is not supportive at all. We were looking for a medium/medium-firm, but I would rate it as soft/plush. We will probably use it in a guest room to avoid the hassle of the return process.The pillows are a joke.

It's only been one night
So far so good, but it's only been one night...the mattress is a five, but I took one star off for the pillows...I agree with the other review, the pillows are horrible!

Surprisingly plush
I was pleased with the high quality cover and the softness of this mattress given that it was so affordable compared with others we purchased before. It arrived very quickly from Amazon. The mattress started to expand as soon as we opened the plastic. It was full height within minutes. There was no smell. The pillows are still a little flat but were a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a soft mattress.
