These are well made, very thin, and fit well underneath the insole of my shoes. I can wear them with my athletic sneakers, but they do make my heel slip in some of my loafers. (That's not the fault of the product, though, as my husband has custom-made orthotics which also cause his heel to slip in some of his shoes.) Most important, they keep my toe from bending and thus reduce the pain. I may buy another set because, since they are hidden underneath the insoles, I keep forgetting which shoes I left them in!

My husband needed to have his foot stay stationary in his shoe, no bending. These inserts work perfectly!! Actually took the pain away from his foot. I absolutely recommend these!!

I have Hallux Rigidus and needed to stiffen some sneakers to help keep my big toe joint from flexing too much. I wear a size 9.5 and ordered a pair of insoles that matched my size. When I received them I found that when they were placed inside the sneakers they did not lay flat enough and the space from the top of my toes to the inside roof of the sneakers was reduced too much making for too tight of fit. I contacted the seller via email from their web page and they offered to send me a size 9.0 to see if it would help. Result was it definitely worked in that the smaller insoles laid flatter inside the shoes giving me more room above the toes. The smaller insoles where shipped free of charge and came with a USPS return envelope so that I could retune the unused insoles at no cost to me. I would defiantly recommend the product because it is well made, is very stiff, and the seller will work with you to get a good fit.

I was recently, preliminarily, diagnosed with Hallux Limitus and it was recommended that I tried an insole that will prevent my big toe from bending during exercise including running. I was not quite sure how this light insole would work. This carbon fiber insole is not only well-made, it is amazingly firm and feels durable. It fit nicely into my running shoes and I have had less pain while running. Customer service is also outstanding. I noticed that I may have ordered a size too small. I contacted the company and they responded promptly, sending me a replacement with paid return label. So far, so good. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a stabilizing insert to reduce foot/joint pain.

These inserts do a really good job of reducing the amount of flex in my toe joints. My foot doctor recommended these and they really have solved my pain issues with my big toes. I literally wore out my first pair so these are actually my second pair. Highly recommend these for anyone with joint pain in their feet.

The insole is as advertised. For me, however, the rigidness caused pain on the top of the toes. The fit seemed right but was very uncomfortable. I could not tolerate it more than ten minutes. I had to remove them.

The product was very supportive for my foot fracture. It was light weight and high quality material. I was pleased with the performance of the product

What else to expect of a carbon fiber stiffner?It is stiff - to the extent that you do not need to wear a surgical boot in some cases. However, that is also where the fairytale ends.It is sooo stiff that you cannot wear with most shoes otherwise your heel will keep popping up! Only higher than ankle shoes are ok - otherwise due to the inflexible sole - with every step your heel will not be happy.The other issue is that if you have a full boot, it holds and supports "everything". In this case all your "other " muscles and tendons get stressed (ankle, calf )and every other muscle you did not know you had:)!The walking is FAR FROM NATURAL - hence if you need a boot - wear a boot - this is not a medical supplement for that.I had one injury i recovered from and now have a another thanks to this sole which i am slowly coming out of .

I got these specifically because they came as a pair but I only received 1 in my package, I emailed the company directly and they quickly resolved the problem. Insoles are great, nice and rigged providing great support for my toes.

Diese Einlegesohlen helfen mir zwar beim Gehen (sie entlasten das Zehgelenk), aber das Stehen auf diesen Einlagen fühlt sich gar nicht gut an. Schon nach ca. 2 Stunden im Stehen fühlten sich meine Füße sehr erschöpft an. Ohne die Einlagen kann ich problemlos auch deutlich länger stehen.
