Joseph Murray's Fling is a realistic romance that left me bitter-sweet throughout its pages. Fling is a modern yet very realistic mature take on couples, their hurdles, and their concept of marriage and love. It deals with emotional wrath, nostalgia, and giving that one last chance to save their relationship.A couple Tara and Collin fell in love with each other at first sight. They knew they were meant to be. Six years into marriage, both Tara and Collin see their love vanish into a sprint of fights and disagreement. It was their new normal. Tara's inability to conceive and become a mother was another new addition. Even after three chances- they were failing to become parents. On the one hand, Tara lost hope and was haywire on the other hand Collin was still hopeful.Both of them get on this controversial application "Fling"- an app used by married people. They match their 100% matches and start a journey of exposure and an attempt to save their relationship. Things become steamy, bold, and a bit confusing for the readers but the story of Tara and Collin remains undoubtedly gripping and engaging.A story about the emotional journey of a man and woman as individuals and as a couple "Fling" is a brilliant attempt.

Fling is part meet cute part real life. Sometimes it takes alot to realize what we have. Colin and Tara kept wishing for one thing while life tossed out it's obstacles.

This book is fantastic! It is so gripping and impossible to put down!I loved how it gives a raw insight into ivf where it can impact both partner’s differently and a relationship. I would highly recommend!

This book was a very easy read. It's light and funny with some sweet moments thrown in. It can be read quite quickly. Of the ~250 pages at least 30 must contain what is essentially screenshots of text exchanges.I dock 1 star because the dialog can be a little unnatural at times as it tries to be "hip". The overuse of lingo in weird situations or the use of lingo that no one legitimately uses in adult conversations does distract on occasion

I enjoyed reading this book, but to be honest, I already guessed what the ending would be after the first 2 chapters . It was very comical in parts, and I thought it was well written…… However, it was obvious how the story was going to pan out and it was quite funny, but I was slightly disappointed as it was just so predictable. If you want a quick read, nothing too heavy then I would still recommend this book.

Absolutely loved this book. I fell in love with both Tara and Colin and found myself smiling reading their unconventional love story. Devoured this book in a few days and would highly recommend.Can't wait for reads from this author.
