NOT plywood but fibreboard !!
My previous cat wheel was fibreboard which breaks down after a few months of use. I decided to buy this one as they advertised it was made from plywood. It also cost twice the price of the fibreboard alternatives. So for the false advertising I have to give it only one star. Otherwise the wheel works well enough.

Lots of parts but I enjoyed putting it together.
Right size for medium to large cats. Good quality over all and the best price.

Very nice
This is a very nice cat treadmill. Everything was packaged nicely, each of the parts were individually wrapped. The parts contained extra screws and a screwdriver. There was minimal damage to the wood slats during the shipping, just a few scratches that you can barely see. I was able to buff them out with a wood marker. The instructions included are picture only, but there is a video you can watch via the QR code on the instructions. The video was helpful because it shows you a picture of each screw to use for the various connections.Once constructed, it runs smoothly. Very sturdy, no rocking, minimal gap ( picture attached) and mostly quiet. I expected it to be loud, but its not. The carpet is one long remnant, but it secured tightly with Velcro strips. It took me about 3 hours to put together. That included pauses to watch the video as I did each section.Foxy is sitting on it and stretching. I'll try to get her to run on it later. For reference, she's a 14 lb maine coon.

Better than OFC for us
We had a One Fast Cat wheel for a few years, and when we moved out of state, it didn’t make the moving list. The plastic base had warped over the years and it didn’t sit right on the floor anymore. I was nervous buying this one because Amazon is so sketchy now, but I got lucky with this. The compressed wood is sturdy and we won’t have the same problems with the base as before. The diameter, I think, is a little smaller than OFC, but it’s plenty big for our 15 lb cat. It’s quieter than the OFC we had, too. I can’t wait for the kitten to figure it out so that he can burn off some energy. Watch the building video, it’s amazing. My only complaint is that the screws are softer than I expected and can strip easily. Be gentle with your power tools on these screws. They send you extra ones, though, so if you whoopsie, you’ll have spares 🤭

Good price and Quality
The only issue I had with this product was that the paper instructions weren't very good personally. Thankfully there is a QR code on the paper instructions linking you to a video of it being built. Comes with gloves and a nice screw driver to use. Definitely need to train your cat on how to use this, watch some youtube vids and be patient! We have 4 cats so someone will use it.

Make sure this is what you want . . .
This product is sturdy and not that noisy. But it's huge, somewhat dysfunctional, and it takes hours to assemble. I'm not sure why it has to be so big, just the size of it scared one of my cats. Make sure you have about 5 feet x 4 feet of free space. It was completely disassembled when it arrived, and it took 2 hours to put together. The wheel comes with a carpet lining you attach with Velcro on the inside of the wheel--so you better clip your cat's claws regularly. My cat's claws always got stuck in it, so she wouldn't use it except to rest on it.
