Reliable Ventilation Solution
For my crawl area, the Sunkonny Stainless Steel Crawl area Vent Fan is just what I needed. It's a simple and dependable ventilation system. The product is exactly as described, with a size that fits the crawl area flawlessly. At less than 40dB, the noise level is pleasantly low, and the 570 CFM airflow is efficient.I value the humidity adjusting button since it gives me efficient control over the moisture levels. The fan hasn't required to be replaced because it has been operating reliably. With the grounded power line and mounting screws included, the installation was simple. Not a bad choice for a crawl space vent fan, just note the CFM matches your intended use.

Extremely noisy
I have a very small bathroom so whenever I take a bath the humidity is very high. That's why I decided to buy this vent fan to increase airflow. First of all, I got a cut from this fan when I tried to install it.(you have to wear gloves) the edge of this fan is kind of sharp. Secondly, this fan is very loud and It doesn’t take out the humidity. That is the main reason why I am trying to get this fan. Overall, the experience wasn’t very pleasant so I decided to return it.

Ventilation Fan
This is a nice sized well made ventilation fan. Glad it is going in the attic since it is fairly loud when running. It has built in humidity control so there will be less chance of wood rot or mold. The fan itself is made from stainless steel and is heavy duty. Install was straight forward and already has a plug on the end of the power wire so just mount and plug it in and set the dial to your preference. So far this has worked great and have not had any issues.

Love this unit Awesome
The media could not be loaded. This thing screams quality control and meaning to matter to the customers and the products. This complete unit is just that of extremely high quality. It is incredibly well built. This is a dehumidification fan that is built to last. This is how products should and once upon a time all products were built this good.I have no doubt this unit will give many years worth of good service. Even possibly more than a decade of service to you. But as with any product it still needs to be checked on, bearings in the fan assembly, power cords et cetera.I would defiantly recommend this unit upon others in need of a quality unit like this with a solid mounting platform built into it that can work on almost any materials. It does have a sensor for humidity, but its net e\an exact science. You could use it for temp too but guessing, or by lowering the unit's humidity set point and then you could add an inline temp power relay. They make these plug and play with literal plugin sockets. This is something we may do during the warmer part of the year, or a smart outlet and many of these types of systems have temp in door and window sensors already. Ideas of versatile uses for us and others.Again, it is an amazingly well-built unit, and it is defiantly one to consider deeply.

Stainless steel, moves a lot of air, but not UL listed.
I got the M20D fan. This fan moves 570 cubic feet of fair per minute. That means it will replace the air in my crawl space every ten minutes. It has a humidistat that you can set to go on between 10% and 80% humidity. It has a fixed thermostat that turns it on above 50 degrees Fahrenheit and turns it off below 35 degrees. That is to prevent freezing under your house. And it runs on only 52 watts of power. When I ordered it I was concerned that it would allow mice and snakes access to the home. But I needn't have worried. The plate on the exhaust side has a screen of hexagon shaped holes barely large enough for a pencil to pass through. The cons: 1. The stainless steel on outside plate looks smeary, like it has grease smeared around on the surface. It does not wipe off and appears to be the actual finish of the steel. 2. The control knob is on the inside. If you have it mounted in your crawl space you have to be inside it to adjust the control. Once you get it set up correctly I think it is a set and ignore adjustment so it probably is not that big of an issue. 3. The cord is marked as UL listed, but I did not see any labels on the unit itself showing showing UL, ETL or CE listing. It is not silent. It does make some noise when it runs, but in the crawl space it shouldn’t be very noticeable. It has a power cord prewired. So you just need to have an outlet close to the fan. I would wire it through a light switch at the access hatch for convenience if you want to turn it off. The star is because of the lack of listing labels.
