Sea to SummitTek Towel, Plush Camping and Travel Towel

This is the third travel towel I’ve tried this summer. Several years ago I was given a Sea to Summit backpacking towel as a gift, and was fond of it. This summer I decided to try a beach towel of a similar material.Unfortunately I couldn’t remember the brand name, or find the old towel. I tried two other towels I found here on Amazon with mixed results. Then, luckily I found my old backpacking towel, and was able to order the real thing.This is the king of beach towels. It’s lighter and more absorbent than a cotton towel, and softer than all other travel towels. The hanging loop is conveniently in the middle of the towel, instead of the corner. This allows it to be hung, without touching the floor.If there was one feature I’d wish for, I’d be a zippered pocket in one corner, like the second best towel I tried, but this is a tiny quibble about an outstanding product. Bravo Sea to Summit.

I go camping pretty frequently and am always trying to save space / weight. This isn't the lightest travel towel option out there, but for car camping I've found it to be the perfect balance of size with comfort. It feels plush, absorbs/dries quickly, and I like that I can just pack it back into its little carrying case!

It was exactly what we needed. Lightweight, soft, dries fast and I will be purchasing a larger size. Loved it!

I need a quick drying towel for travel that I might have to occasionally use wet. I had one years ago that met all these requirements, so I know such a towel exists. This one is a little rougher than the one I had 15 years ago - but it is also more compact.My biggest complaint about the X-large Sea to Summit Tek Towel? It's way too big. This thing is GIANT.I ordered another in a smaller size.I have ordered every travel towel on amazon; I mean that literally. I have spent hundreds. I would say it's a towel for giants except that my brother's is 6 foot 9 inches tall and the xLarge is too big for him and he's an actual giant.Love this towel. ordered more in smaller sizes.

Using for the gym, good quality and fast drying

I love these towels. They are well-made, super absorbent and fit easily and she my gym bag or backpack. Great product.

I love these Sea to Summit Tec towels. They are great for travel/camping and for my son to take to school swim. They are much less bulky than regular towels and dry faster, yet still have the feel of a normal towel. The little zip up mesh cases they come in are nice too.
