This is the best wine key I have ever owned. I bought one a couple months ago, used it and abused it, and somehow the corkscrew got messed up and was just loose, not springing back. I contacted the seller and they sent me a brand new one! Excellent customer service, I believe I was just too rough with it (I work in a wine bar so I’m constantly using it). I recommend this wine key to anyone, it’s super sleek, sturdy, excellent design, and just wonderful overall.

Great opener, nicer to look at than most and does its job

I've been in the restaurant business 15+ years and this is by far the best wine opener I've ever owned. The blade is perfectly shaped and the corkscrew and 2 stage opener are easy to use and durable. Also, it doesn't hurt that it's nice to look at too. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a serious wine opener.
