Good quality and a large amount. These are slightly sweet and nutritious. I soak them in water for at least 12 hours before eating so they are less chewy. They can also be eaten straight from the pack. I also make tiger nut milk with them.

This is my second time of buying this product. I like it because it’s just like the ones I used to eat in my country.Does it have bad/ spoilt ones inside? Yes.Have I seen stones/sands? No.If you are buying it to munch on them like me, the best way is to soak in cold water for several hours before munching. Will make it softer and easier to munch. Happy munching.

I loved it but you had to soak it for long time also noticed you have to soak it in hot water which helps alot

I would not recommend them.They are extremely hard, it is like eating pebble stones, which will do more damage then they are worth, don’t waste your money they are dry and taste awful.

Tiger nuts are good for you and this brand are delicious and good value .. no more to say

Need to be washed before consumption, I stupidity assumed they were prewashed and had a rather muddy milk! Apart from that, top product and great quality

Very tasty and good join this product to your diet. I'm eating it as a snack just need soak it in water then is easier to chew. Makes high your sexual drive and fertility. Also very good for health of your guts.
