A Lovely, Small Finger Friendly Book That Shows Youngsters The Value Of Not Giving Up
I actually got this book for my 7 year old, and yes I'd say this is aimed at children under that age range, (especially as the pages are the thickened card type so much more easier for small fingers to turn), but the story, and the message are very pertinent for her right now.The story about not giving up, getting help from your friends and ultimately succeeding, whether specifically linked to learning how to ride a bike, or indeed anything you may try in life, is an important life lesson.Along with some lovely illustrations, the book features a good rhyming prose that as the reader, you are able to get a good rhythm going with so it is enjoyable and younger children will enjoy it.Although I'm certain I will be told this is a "babies book", I'm also sure that she will enjoy the story and hopefully, with some luck, the message will sink in and her cycling fears will start to be conquered.

Rhyming appealing and robust board book
My 15 month old twins destroy books pretty fast and after a couple weeks this still looks good as new. They find the pages easy to turn and adults find the rhyming text easy to read.Lots more detail to explore in the picturesAnd a theme of perseverance, in fact there is a definition inside the front cover.Would recommend for fans of eg Julia Donaldson

Fabulous book
This book is great! It won't win awards for original concept, but it's a really well told and beautifully illustrated book about the value of preserverance. The book is top quality hardback and hard pages. The illustrations like I say are excellent and engaging. The story is well told, with the right amount of text per page for the target age group.Highly recommended.

The illustrations are in a lovely style. The pages are thick so they’re easy for little ones to turn. A great book for your home collection. 5/5
