Q: Does anyone think this might look nice on a young boy if worn with jeans? Which colors would look best? Snug or gentle fit? My son is 9. Thank you.

We bought ours for a Halloween costume. It was very tight (kind of "latexy" for lack of a better word) and VERY shiny. It looked cute but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to wear for an extended period of time.

My daughter is a 7/8 and fit into a medium, so most likely the x-small.

Q: What size should I get my daughter who wears a size 2t

The fabric has no stretch at all. I bought this in a Small for my granddaughter who wears a size 5-6, and it was about a 4 inch gap where the zipper would not meet in the middle of her back. It fit fine in the stride, but not around the chest. No stretch at all.
