The media could not be loaded. I can't say enough about the quality of this table. Solidly built and excellent directions. Comes very well packaged. Make sure you don't cut the strapping on the top glass part, until after step 6. I had this unit put together in 30 minutes. I put a moving blanket on top of the box it came in and assembled it on that. Have an extra pair of hands to flip it over for safety when finished. Had to order the 3 piece set (wind guard, cover and glass lid) from their website as it was not in stock on Amazon, definitely worth it. I also ordered the Aqua Marine glass, as I didn't like the looks of Arctic Ice glass. The only issue I would have is that the glass you buy only comes in 10 lb jars and the unit calls for 15.5 lbs. (I would say it needs closer to 18-19 lbs.) I lined the bottom of the burn pan with approximately 8 to 9 lbs of the Arctic Ice glass that comes with the table, then put the 10 lbs of the Aqua Marine glass and it fits perfectly. It fired up first shot and works great. Some of the reviews I read complain about the cover, it fits perfectly. Take the wind guard off and put the glass lid on, then cover it. It's not rocket science. Also, I contacted customer service with a question before I bought it and they got right back to me, very nice and helpful. Don't think twice about buying it.

FINALLY, A COMPANY THAT UNDERSTANDS QUALITY and GET TO THE POINT INSTRUCTIONS.So this will be my first review of the product. I will update this as time goes.Just got it assembled. I heard about how fast it was to assemble and timed myself just to check the reviews. It took me 29 minutes once I had the pieces out of the box and ready to go. The product seems very heavy duty. Similar to the ones I looked at at the more expensive outdoor stores. Those products tended to be about $1.8-$2.0K. Take it out of the box in the garage and carry the pieces where you want it to live. It weighs 80 lbs off the truck but probably 40lbs in total piece by piece. This sucker fired up on the first try. For those of you talking about waiting to put on the accessories until after you receive them, you're talking about installing the glass COVER holder that goes under the table. The holder attaches to the underneath top. Meaning you have to install it with two screws while upside down. Imagine having to install a bracket that was underneath your sink with two screws. It's about the size of an 11x17 piece of paper about a half inch thick. Weighs maybe a pound. The easiest way to do this is with two people. One holding your bracket and the other screwing. Not hard. Like I said, owned it not very long and will update the post as I see fit. As for now, got every penny ($579) that I paid for it.

This is a very well made fire table. More than I had hoped to pay but well worth the cost and the customer service behind this product is the best I've seen in a long time. They quickly handled a small issue with mine without question and promptly emailed me to inquire as to my satisfaction. Excellent. I went back and purchased the options kit afterwards and am so glad I did that. I think the glass surround enhances the brilliance of the fire by reflecting it. Will also use the glass top to keep out dust. If you are going to purchase the options kit, be sure to not put your table together in advance. It is best to install the guide that holds the lid as you assemble the fire table. No problems with ignition at all so obviously the company has fixed prior issues that had been expressed in reviews. I ordered additional fire rocks from Amazon that I believe enhance the beauty of our fire table. You can see those in my photo. They are the highly reflective, 1 inch, clear fire rocks. We put a small amount of the coarser looking and sharper edged fire rocks that came with the unit underneath the more rounded and polished ones and it worked out beautifully. Highly recommend this fire table. We are really enjoying it. Love, love, love the black glass top. Very classy.

I would not buy this again. The ignition system never worked. We have to light it with a lighter I don't like that my wife has to do this if I am gone and she wants to use it. It's not safe to light it that way. Everything is set up correctly. Others have reported the exact same issue in reviews. This is also expensive compared to similar models through other vendors and you have to order the wind glass deflector, rock cover and full cover separately and it's not cheap. Others come with everything I mentioned for the same price.

We have had our square table for 6 months. Our table is on a cover deck so its' not exposed to weather. Picked this table because of the aluminum frame, black glass top and clear fire rocks and glass pit cover. Kinda wish it had absolute black granite top option :) Also ordered windscreen and cover. All of it is well built and easy to assemble, just follow the instructions. Engineering appears to be simple. Love the storage area for the glass cover. Easy to clean. Only thing I am wishing for now is a heat deflector. Not sure which one I want. Will keep shopping. Cover and windscreen are well made. Ignition is not always immediate but I would say that is true for most other outdoor ignition systems. Highy recommend

Purchased this in March 2023. we got one year out of this table. We spent over $500 for this, and got one season out of it. called customer service, and they are sending out a replacement part even though I am long past the 12 month warranty. Happy with the look and function of the table. Somehow the control knob stopped working properly.
