This set is great if you have multiple kids who will all want to play at the same time. It only includes two fishing poles but they are so many fish that we added two more homemade magnetic poles, and there are still enough fish for all 4 to play.I'm not a fan of the quality of the fish - the majority of them are that cheap, thin, hard plastic that tends to crack easily. So far though, since they stay in the little inflatable pool, they don't get beat up too much in the course of play so I'm hopeful they might last a while.

The fishing poles broke the first time them were used. We ended up reconstructing the fishing poles using the strings and magnetic turtles and attaching them to chopsticks. My kids were disappointed that the fishing poles broke so easy, they liked that they could actually reel the fish in. The rest of the set is decent quality. The plastic nets work and there is a good variety of fish to catch. The small inflatable pool makes this a nice tabletop activity/sensory bin. We have used blue beads and marbles for water as well as rice (dyed blue). Outside we have put water in the little pool and it does hold well. The $20 price seems a bit high for the quality of the set in my opinion.
