Go Bio Organic Gelatin Powder, 150 GR

I love that it's organic. I make panna cotta with it and it actually gels more than 2 cups of liquid per package. I use more than 5 cups of liquid and it gels great. My recipe is:1 package of gelatin1/2 cup water1 heaping tablespoon of raw organic sugar1/2 teaspoon of cardamon1/2 teaspoon of allspice1 teaspoon of cinnamonMix together with whisk and heat.Then add:1 can of organic coconut milkMix together until it comes to a simmer. Turn off heat.Then add:1 pint of organic whipping cream1 cup of organic yogurt, plainTake pot off the stove while mixing well.Then add:1 teaspoon of organic vanilla.Mix, pour into bowl and cool in refrigerator. You can sprinkle coconut flakes on top, blueberries, sesame seeds...whatever you like. It's not about eating something sweet. The sugar is flavoring, like adding salt. People don't put 1/4 cup of salt...so one shouldn't use sugar like that. This is about eating something keto with protein from the gelatin. It's a healthy keto/paleo snack to eat any time.
