Lights Work Great But Didn't Come With a Remote Control As Advertised
These lights were very easy to install and hooked to the wifi right away. In the app, they are very easy to operate. The only problem is that I bought these lights specifically because they came with a remote according to their Amazon page and yet, neither of my lights came with one. I kept the lights because they work well, but I would like the remote.One more thing, you can't have the backlight and the light itself on at the same time - that would be a really nice feature, but these lights don't work like that.

Connection with either WiFi or Bluetooth impossible.
If I'd wanted a basic LED I could have spent half as much, instead I have essentially, an expensive light I can't control through my WiFi or Bluetooth. An hour of labor lost, a horrible waste of time.2nd Attempt - 5th time's the charm, I suppose. Bluetooth never worked, my smartphone could see but never pair with it. Alexa and Google still can't connect, and when I say "fifth" it's actually sixth, the fifth worked a few minutes then failed. This could be a great product but connectivity was difficult.

Bad connection with app
The light itself works fine and turning it off and on from the wall is good. But whenever I want to use the color features it is always offline. When I do get it connected it seems my phone must be in the same room as the light. I would have liked to control it from a different room.

easy to install
I liked the P-nut wire connectors that were included. They are a lot nicer than the wire nuts.

Very easy to install. Easy to setup. Adds all the smart functions I wanted all the while looking nice. Highly impressed with the overall experience.
