I came folded up in a small box which created deep creases in the brim but they should smooth out soon. The creases don’t affect how it fits. It fits great even with a bandana around my head.I love how large the brim is and the neck cover is great to provide excellent sun protection. I like how the face and neck covers easily unsnap but stay in place wearing it. It’s a very comfortable hat that I’ll be using every time I work outside. Im very happy with it and the price.

Nice material, lightweight, good coverage. The only thing negative was it was super wrinkled and out of shape so it fit a little "off" at first. One dip in the pool, getting it wet, the shape seems to be better.

I’m an avid runner and hiker, and like convenient, easy to use, and quality items.I purchased this hat with a specific goal in mind:1- I wanted to accomplish the relaxed ‘van-life’ look (although I’m an executive).2- Sun protection that can be worn over a headband and fit a head with a lot of hair.Goal accomplished.I almost returned the hat because it was so wrinkled that it seemed impossible to wear. While I understand the shipping logistics, I don’t believe a customer should spend 20+ minutes ‘fixing’ the product to be able to use. However, I kept it because of the size being able to fit my head with a headband, and the price. Can’t beat the price.I wet a towel, then used the towel to iron the hat and protect it from the heat. After 20 minutes or so, it looked as you see in the picture.The material is weather proof and cooling; good quality. If you are considering returning because of the extreme wrinkled look, I’d say ‘keep it’, it’s worth the purchase.It’s not the sexiest hat. It doesn’t flow with the wind as other hats do, but if you are into the ‘hiker/van-life’ fashion aesthetics (at least on weekends) and sun protection, you will appreciate the hat.

I got this for a recent fishing trip in Alaska. The foot was perfect and it protected my neck exactly as I hoped. It arrived all rolled up in a tube so the brim was wavy but that didn’t really impact performance. There are instructions for flattening the brim but I didn’t see a need.
