These are the first gummy type vitamins I've ever tried and I'm very happy with them so far. I had been taking the capsule women's multi vitamins by Health by Habit but they were out of stock so I got these ones instead. First off, they're very easy to take and they taste amazing! I've only been taking them for close to a month now but I have noticed my skin seems to look nicer as well as my hair too, I am guessing due to the biotin in these.. So I'm very happy with the results there.I do feel less sluggish and just healthier in general compared to before I started taking these, and nothing else in my routine or diet is different so I've gotta attribute it to these. Only downside (if you can even call it that) is these taste so good that I'm sometimes tempted to take an extra one lol. I'm definitely going to keep getting these, I'm very happy with them and with this brand in general.

After taking these vitamins, I felt energized, and it improved how I felt on the daily. I plan to use these going forward. They tasted okay I can only describe them as gummy. They were easy to eat also.

I was really looking forward to these because I have been taking the capsules, but I prefer gummies. Received my order a few days ago. Just opened it and the seal was open so I can't use them. I'm apprehensive about ordering them again.
