I used this product for my immune system. Unfortunately it upset my stomach can upset

Quite large smelly tablets
I am used to taking the small white vitamin C & zinc tablets which I used to buy from Tesco - so when I ran out I thought I would give these a go. First off these are quite large tablets and as soon as you open the tub they smell really bad. It says not to take them if you are allergic to tree sap - how would you know this?? Anyway I hold my breath and take them with plenty of water. I have had no ill effects from them so I guess they are ok. I don't think I will buy them again.

perfect winter supplement
Bee Health Propolis 500mg Vitamin C+Zink is a perfect supplement for those whom want to avoid flu,cold and other respiratory sickness in winter time. It is not like normal Vitamin C. We are consuming this from every October since 2 years and we are healthy, although we met a lot of sick person recently. If you looking for a good solution avoiding winter sickness, give this supplement a Go!

Since taking these I feel much healthier and so far this winter I have not had one bad cold/flu when before I used to get everything going, I would recommend these to anyone that feels they have a poor immune system or keeps feeling run down.

Thought I would try these to try and help with exhaustion, having SLE, APS. But had no effect so far, it takes a white to build up in the system. Thank you for your very prompt delivery service.
