Power outage losses wifi connection and deice would not work again.
So seemed easy enough to set up. I purchased this device so that I could control a water pump remotely while traveling. This pump protects my coral reef aquarium. The power went off while I was gone and so did the outlet. It lost wifi so I was not able to turn it on. This is inexcusable ... a wifi outlet that loses connectivity when the power goes out. I guess non volatile memory or a small disc battery was just too much to design in. It will not connect up to the WiFi any more. I guess a coil for surge protection was not in the budget for 12 bucks. Just think a ..4 cent part is too much to ask. Not 40 cents but 0.4 cents.Won't buy or recommend.

I am positive that this will be one of my favorite things. I just plugged a lamp into it ...
I just got it! It took me about 6 minutes to set it up. It works well with my Iphone alexa app. I can voice command using alexa. Time will tell how it holds up, I am positive that this will be one of my favorite things. I just plugged a lamp into it but would be easy for other stuff as well.Update- I've now bought a second one because of how awesome this is!

Makes my life easier!
I am so pleased with this smart plug that I ordered two more! It took me about 15 minutes to set it up because I had to get the blinking light to the right setting (fast). Once I connected with the app, it was smooth sailing. I have turned my lamp on/off, set timers, and set up a schedule with no trouble at all. The app is easy to use with my iphone.

Outstanding customer service
Had to return it.. it did not so what it said.. we never got it to connect with with any recommended apps.. I'm sure it's great for some but not me...Customer service was great.. took it back with no problem.. outstanding in it self...

Great product for turning children’s tv off without getting up!!
Love love love this product. I can tell google or Alexa totirn my children’s tv off from any room now. Never loses connection. Connecting to Google was much more difficult then Alexa with this. I will be buying more. Contrary to what I was told by a competing company at Home Depot, I am able to have an old tv turn on and off with this product with zero problem.

Very Dissapointed!
I'm an engineer and I worked on this for two hours and could not get it to link to the application downloaded to my smartphone or my Alexa.I ended up returning it.

Works with both Alexia and Google Home
Instruction manual included at the very end how to use with Google. Works great, and easy to understand the instructions. Had to download the App. for the socket. Will buy more!
