Difference Within a Month
Before buying I had constant popping and was grinding even with my retainer on.The product is a little difficult to work with but as long as you’re following the directions, it’s very straightforward. I wore my retainer during the impression process so I can wear both to sleep and there weren’t ever any complications getting the product apart from my retainer.I also used the molds to make a top and bottom but did them separately so they wouldn’t fuse.I still clench and the molds don’t harden completely so there’s a little squish. Overall though I’m not grinding and my jaw has stopped popping/locking & although my retainer helps, I can actually say it’s because of this product.

My kiddo isn’t a fan of it but I know it’s better then he losing teeth over his teeth grinding. It’s a been about 2 weeks and he will be in his second one due to how bad his teeth grinding is. It’s helping in the long run.

Reviewing the teen/women medium size. Got these for my wife for sleeping. She's 4'11 and a smaller than normal size mouth. These fit really well. A little tall on the front teeth but she will get used to it. Would recommend for sleep grinding of teeth.

Too small and package was opened and missing one
I wanted to try and like this, but despite saying it's a medium, as an adult with a smaller than average bite this is way too small, I don't even need to try it out to tell. In addition the box was opened and missing one, and return is only thru U P S so a long trip away. It might fit a child, but definitely isn't an adult medium.

These fit small mouths
We were hesitant to buy these night guards because we have two small boys and were hoping to find a small size for their age. These are very comfortable and are are easy to mold to your child's mouth. Would buy these again and highly recommend.
