I read all the reviews before I ordered mine. I'm 6.2" and I knew I'm too tall to have a full motion, however if you want a perfect machine, you would be spending thousands of dollars on commercial quality equipment. I got mine, put it together without any problems, works exactly as it is designed and its capable of handling really heavy weights. I purchased more accessories to complement as many exercise variations as possible and I'm extremely happy. The height issue can easily be overcome by sitting on the floor and trust me, the full range of motion is awesome. 5 stars

Pretty good quality. Stays on wall well. Feels a little heavier when using weights then normal but that’s okay. Easy to use. My only complaint is the piece that adjust and holds the pulley in place broke within the 1st month. I just put a bigger screw in to holdIt in place now. Other than that this is a great price for what this is and for a home gym.

Edit/Update: The company reached out to me directly and sent us a new cable at no cost to us. They did right by us and I’m updating my review to 5 stars!Original review: Only had the machine for less than a month and the cable covers have already broken, exposing cable wire and making it hard to track smoothly on wheels. Overall sturdy machine and works great, but poor cable quality with no option to contact support for replacements.

Can't believe how well this works for the price. Half the cost of others and same product. Reached out to customer service and got quick response and replacement of a simple part for free.

I have always been iffy on cable machines but after hitting a fitness journey bump in the road I decided to pull the plug and get one. After countless days searching I decided on going with the er kang pull-down tower and let me tell you I could not be happier. The machine is very very well built right off the bat that was the first thing I noticed. After assembly I noticed the cables on the machine weren't all that stable and one had a slight tea I'm not sure why but after contacting the company I quickly recieved a set of replacement cables free of charge and even after just a day of use I am very happy. The machine is smooth and sturdy cables are strong customer service was great and fast. I will definitely buy from this brand again I'm always happy to support a brand that puts the customer first and has great products.

Pros : Easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. Looks decent and is relatively comfortable. Decent price range for all it offers.Cons: if you are taller or have longer arms you cannot get full extension as the trolley tops out. Machine needs to be about a foot taller. Also should have either a heavier base or an anchoring system as using lower pulleys for rows or curls is problematic in the fact that it actually pulls the whole machine.

First off the machine works pretty smooth it took me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble, instructions are pretty clear if your use to assembling furniture and other items. Mine did come with one very small dent but nothing that will hinder its performance. For reference I am 6ft tall, and as long as you use the very last link or remove the chain completely it’ll be more than enough for range of motion. The welds on it are decent enough and it’s sturdy. Seat is comfortable and sturdy, although I do have to use the very last slot for my seat I’m still able to fit my knees under the knee pads. Overall I’m happy with the machine especially for the price you can’t beat it!

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had this machine for about a month or so and I wanted to give it time before giving feedback. The bottom cable shreds as it’s being used two of the washers have split in half because they get caught in transit as you are pulling. I don’t know what the dealis with the cables but they don’t seem of very good quality. I was very careful with which machine to purchase because I wanted to have the ability to do specific workouts but this bottom cable issue really cuts that in half for me.
