I really like onion salt for most things I eat, but this onion flavored “non salt” falls far short in my opinion as a substitute! I am attempting to reduce the amount of sodium in my diet!

Husband loves this. States it tastes just like his favorite seasoned salt. Great for a cardiac diet.

I use too much salt. I know this. And a lot of my seasonings have salt as an ingredient. This is a healthier alternative with a bit of potassium chloride included. I hesitate to call this “cajun” flavored though. It’s a good flavor, don’t get me wrong. There’s a touch (just a touch) of heat and overall a good flavor palette. It’s good for eggs, meats, and especially popcorn. But it doesn’t taste like “cajun” to me.This won’t be my “go to” seasoning, but I do enjoy it enough to keep it in my rotation, especially when I know I have saltier meal in my future.My star ratings explained:5 stars = Exceptional.
