Michael Kors Everest Men's Watch, Stainless Steel Watch for Men with Steel, Leather, or Silicone Band

The media could not be loaded.  I am a big fan of wristwatches. I would never spend massive amounts on a watch if i had that kind of money to spend, but often daydream about owning that Steve McQueen reissue watch that's thousands of dollars. While i may never be able to sport a watch like that, i still love to collect interesting watches and wear them five days a week and often seven days a week. Being that i own a bunch of watches, i am now particular about the kinds i take in. I look for an interesting design and a wristband that is not too elaborate or heavy. I am very excited about this watch from the Michael Kors brand. This is an immediate standout i my collection but that was not the case at first because i had to remove three links to make it fit. I am super happy to say that after removing the three pieces, this fits 100 percent perfectly. This is a rarity with watches with about 75 percent of my entire collection not having that perfect fit. This watch is of that special category that gives me all aspects of a wristwatch that i love perfectly in line. The fact that this is metal, with a linked band then with a solid looking clock face, i was not sure it would be one i would wear all the time due to it looking a bit bulky. Right after unboxing this, i knew i had something special by the lightness of it. I have only one other watch that is gold colored and comfortable enough to wear all the time so this watch being gold colored is great.I like the design on the clock face with the patter being semi hidden within an engraving that is inside the dominant solid black background. I like that etched in design, because they are lines that are slightly curved and also the way they are placed, makes them partially holographic. Depending on the way you are looking at it or the light, certain definitions of the lines will be visible or blend into the dominant color of the non numerical or symbol based regions of the clock face.I like how the name brand appears in small font inside that area as well. The lettering in in gold and looks classy with is being simple and staying within a traditional upper middle of the radius display.I like how that same brand name appears on the clasp area of the wristband back section.I like how the links of the wristband are a darker gold than the rest of the metal. This stands out and gives the while presentation an extra dimension of texture. I like how the darker gold links are not that noticeable but still effect the overall wristband.I want to point out that if you have to remove on the of the pins for adjustment, use the included tool instead of one you may use ore often because it is of the style that has a larger pin within the tool. This is important because other watch tools that i thought would work will not work. That is also another neat thing about this watch, is it comes with an included adjustment tool.The time is easy to set with it being a simple pulling out on the one dial that is available for manipulation.To conclude i am very happy with this watch and recommend it for anyone who like a lightweight watch that is still metal and looks thick.This watch is a true gem and a standout in my watch display case.

You get a lot of BLING for your buck here if that's what your shopping for..in my humble opinion this is a fashion accessory more than a timepiece that will be passed down as any sort of heirloom. Dont get me wrong this maker has made there name in the fashon watch genre giving decent compatition to some of the major players in that niche. On quality for price point. But dont let this models name"Everest mislead you if your looking for a sport watch that's gonna stand up to your day to day I'd shop a little bit more to obtain that goal. Just sayn.

Very comfortable to wear stylish watch ,is a cross between a traditional dress watch made in a diver style.The bezel is fixed and the crown guard is a nice design.It’s very slim and wears nicely all day.There isn’t any micro adjustment and the band is a typical length,I removed 3 bands to get a good fit.The bracelet is excellent quality and the watch keeps excellent time ,the movement is made in Japan which is something you would expect on a better quality watch.The face has a stamped design and crystal is non reflective,excellent crisp luminous material applied at hours along with all 3 hands. Overall a very nice dress watch that well made and comfortable.

Michael Kors has a good reputation in making watches for men, so I ordered this one for my husband. He goes to the office several times a week, so a watch like this one matches his outfit adequately. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
