Q: How long does the battery last on all the brightness settings?

I really don’t know. I would suggest fully changing it and then turn it on brightest setting. Note the time on your phone and see when it starts to dim. I don’t ride very often at night and when I do, it’s a very short distance.

You can try pressing the button again, because there are four modes, near light, far light, near far light, and flashing mode, which can be switched by pressing the button again.

Q: How do you instal? There are no instructions

It’s super simple just place the two brackets on the handle bars with the thumb screws pointing down so the square are facing upwards then slide the light onto the square tabs and tighten the thumb screws. If you slide the brackets unto the light first and tighten the thumb screws it helps to figure out where to place them on the handle bar. My package arrived with a small paper under the foam liner inside the box it was the instructions. It’s a very bright light and I use it on an e-bike that seems to cause lots of vibrations and loosens every screw on the bike but this light has stayed in position and mounted securely for a long time without constant tightening so I highly recommend it.
