Wilson NFL Licensed Football

Got this football for my boyfriend for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. We kept it with us while watching the 49ers get into the Super Bowl too. Perfect gift for a 49ers fan.

I wanted to order a Seahawks NFL football and this seemed to be a right choice. Perfect quality, would recommend to any 12s to have this ball at their home! Cheers!

The ball wouldn't inflate and had a defective valve.

Excellent ball feels like a good quality and not the hard plastic ones you see a lot. Would of been nice to have come with a pump adapter to make things easier but other than that really happy with this ball went down well as a Christmas present 😊

My grandson requested an American football for his birthday. The football arrived in time for his birthday, which was great as no party this year. He and his dad enjoyed throwing the ball to each other.

I had to return the first one I ordered, as value internalised the moment you tried to push a needle into it to inflate that meant I was then unable to inflate. Replacement one arrived quickly. Tried manually pump, wouldn't inflate. Bought an electric pump to eliminate the manual pump as the issue. At first, the needle wouldn't go in fully and wouldn't inflate - could feel air coming straight out. I ended up having to hold the value very tightly from underneath the best I could grip with the internal lump underneath, at sn angle I thought the needle, if fully inserted, could manage, to stop the valve getting pushed inside. I had to push the needle in very hard and I heard a popping noise, like the needle had pierced something, but it then managed to get all the way in. I was worried I had punctured the inside! But I was at my wits ends at this stage and needed to take the risk. The needle length was finally fully inserted! It was only at this point that my electric pump actually inflated the ball! The ball has remained inflated and the value opening has remaining outside the leather. I suspect the value rubber inside is sealed at the end (either by design or faulty manufacture process) and the value opening on the outside isn't glued in anyway to the leather outside (again, making the insertion of it very easy, so would also appear to be a design fault). The puncture sound I heard must have been the needle opening the end, allowing the needle into the inner pouch for air to actually get inside. The company need to redesign the valves because this appears a common fault for customers! It's such a shame because once it is inflated, it actually looks good. And if this wasn't a gift for someone else, I wouldn't have given up on this second replacement one as well!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my brother in law and he loved it!
