Actually helps with lower back and neck pain
I drive a lot, and add in stress and my neck was literally shrinking from tightness. This is small enough to lug around, and it really does help stretch out my spine.

I did not expect this to cure my problems. It did give me some relief. I agree with the instructions to gradually get used to it, which I did. I think the problem is that this unit just does not fit my particular neck. It needed to be a little longer to really fit me and therefore give more relief.
