Lots of rugs you order online are not the type of rug you buy in a furniture store… thick, woven and made of rug material. This one is. I bought it for under my drum kit and it works pretty great. There’s a little bit of wobble in the gear but everything stays put unlike with a lower pile rug. Soft and fluffy.

I love this rug I use it in my daughters room to look like grass! It’s thick and very comfortable under the feet. Would buy one for each room if I could.

I was very excited about getting these rugs and had read a lot of reviews before purchase. I ordered one of the 8’x10’ large are rugs for our living room and then a runner for our hallway. They have a lot of shag and, at first glance, seemed to be exactly what I wanted. I vacuumed them before I let anyone walk on them and followed all other instructions for first use. After the first few days of use, I pulled out my vacuum and imagine my surprise when it did nothing to pick up daily debris or pet hair! I might mention I’m a professional housekeeper and I own a Dyson vacuum, so it wasn’t the vacuum. Even so, I tried my old Shark vacuum I had stored and…nothing. It was literally like running a rake back and forth over it. They are so shaggy they are impossible to vacuum. I also tried another cheap vacuum at one time and the same results ensued. Literally, the ONLY way to vacuum these rugs are with a tiny attachment, meant for furniture, and I go over it on my hands and knees in 6x6 inch sections. The shag rug yarn pieces also come out quite frequently and I was constantly trimming long yarns. After having the 8’x10’ in the house about 8 months, I finally threw it out. It was just way too much work. I still have the runner but only because I can pick it up and take it out to shake it. If you’re getting a size you can pick up and shake, they are decent rugs. If it’s so big you have to vacuum, I do not recommend this rug.

Make sure your have a vacuum that’s good because this thing is hard to clean lol

This rug is nowhere near as soft as I hoped it would be even after vacuuming a few times. It just feels rough to walk on and itchy if you kneel or sit on it. I rated 4 starts because of the price, finding a 9x12 that cheap is nearly impossible. Overall, I'm happy with it!
