I’d say buy a Large or one above of you like it generous , it’s lovely and worth the money .

No shrinkage after washing, really nice quality, I absolutely love this dress!

The colour (pale blue) was indeed lovely, however I did end up sending this item back as for me the arm holes were just not roomy enough and because of this the cut made me look “square”. I’m sure it will be cool and look lovely on the right body shape. The fabric is quite see through although I didn’t see this as a problem. I’d suggest ordering one and giving it a try. I was disappointed it wasn’t the style for me.

Q: I normally wear 14-16 what size should I order

I can't advise you on that because I'm a UK size 20/22. I have a few of these dresses in 3XL and they fit me perfectly. Perhaps you could try using 3XL = 20/22 as a baseline and work backwards to 14/16. This might give you a better idea of what size to order. Have you checked the size chart provided?
