Thorne Research - 5-MTHF 5 mg Folate - Active Vitamin B9 Folate Supplement - 60 Capsules

I purchased this supplement after much research which is always ongoing as I suffer from a multiplex of acutely and chronic autoimmune diseases. It's always a risk that the effect is either subtle or unnoticeable but one I am prepared to take in my quest to find the best solution not cure to my everyday difficulties,which include Chronic Fatigue & Bi-Polar illness as a result of 23 years of my rare disease. I have tried almost every regime available,of course everybody is different and I respect those who say this product had little effect for them, but for me this had an almost immediate positive impact on energy levels and motivation. In the USA it is prescribed under the name of Deplin for depression (FDA Approved) Yes it's not the cheapest of supplements but the effect was superb in my case, I am Dopamine depleted amongst other things and although some people suggest it's a high dose there are none of the nasty effects you may find with Ritalin or Similar,anyone with ADHD or ADD would benefit. Lorenzo's Oil ? Well for me it's worth every penny.

An unjustifiable price for a 60 day supply. Thorne is a good brand but would not buy again. Other reputable brands are charging half the price of this or less.

These have helped tremendously with my depression, fatigue and brain fog. I have tried many supplements over the years and these actually make a difference. I can't believe how much these have improved my overall sense of well being. I would highly recommend this product, will be buying again.

Seems to help. Difficult to offer an in depth review without testing the quality of the product scientifically for purity.
