Well first of all this is a decent product. It was pretty easy to put together even though the instructions are not very good. And it seems pretty well made and sturdy. I do not think this would be great for multiple cats since you can see from the pictures that are one cat takes up the majority of this himself and I feel like it's probably at Max capacity with the one cat. Not for the downside the cat doesn't particularly care for this. We have rubbed catnip on it and encouraged him to get up on it place him on it and put it on and while he's not freaking out on it he just doesn't care for it and as soon as we are done putting him he hops down. It is not his preference of a place to perch. Despite being able to look out the window. This is an indoor outdoor cat so does it matter I don't know.

look I was skeptical of this upholding as a fat cat owner with 3 cats. but holy crap it works great! took about 10 minutes to install and you probably need two people to hold it up and suction it. we’ve had 1 cup pop off a couple times but the whole thing stayed right in place. once we recleaned the window and cup, it stayed right in place.trust me, I wasn’t worried about my two skinny cats using it even at the same time. but when my massive chonker decided to hop up with them, I held my breath waiting for the crash. but it’s all good! I really love it and am tempted to order more.

My Ocicat took to it right away. I did spray catnip on it to help, but I probably didn't need to. The window I have it hanging from is 22" wide, and I like that the suction metal bar is wide to adjust to different sized windows. As you can tell, if the suction were only in the corners like some other perches, this wouldn't have fit my window. I like that this can fold up, so we can close the blind. Make sure to hang the top suction cups, so they can catch the top seat when folding. When folded up, the bottom still sticks out a tiny bit. I'm sure you could rig something to clip it if it bothered you but we're OK with it. I make sure that I press the suction cups every day if I see small air bubbles in the suction cups, so it doesn't fall down. It's very sturdy. In the last picture, I put her new donut bed on the bottom which measures 20", so it does hang slightly off. Don't think I'll keep it there because I'm afraid if she lays in it just the right way, it might fall off. I also hung a hammock from the bottom which I already had that she only used a couple times hoping she'd want to get it in, but she hasn't. I'm leaving it there for our new kitten to see if he likes it when he comes home.

My two cats absolutely love this window perch! They lay on it all the time and it holds both of them great and they tussle on it. It's a great product for the price!! The only problem is the suction cups are a pain. It just takes time to get them to suction properly but that's with most suction cups. Just make sure they aren't misshaped or they'll end up falling off the window.

The constitution is fine, the directions could have been better written and designed. The top push hard casing suction cups are awful and wouldn’t stick no matter what we did.

The cats love this!! The suction to the window is extremely sturdy and safe. Cats jump onto it and it never moves. Was skeptical at first, but they've been loving it.

UPDATED REVIEW ON APRIL 23, 2023 (4 months after original purchase) PLEASE READ! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SO-CALLED "6-12 MONTH REPLACEMENT PARTS "WARRANTY!"So I originally gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because it seemed to be holding up well after the 1st 2 months, but now a total of 4 months after purchase the bed lining is literally ripping apart, and one of the top suction cups will not stay secured to the window anymore. I read on this item description while I was looking to see if I could find replacement parts for it that they have a 6 month warranty for normal wear basically, and a 12 month warranty with express fee for normal wear. I could NOT figure out how to get in contact with the seller through the site though, but I saw where they answered other customers questions about similar issues to mine, and they told them to reach out through Amazon in order to get in contact with them for replacement parts. So I called Amazon to ask about it, and get this, they do NOT even have any contact information for this company on file either, other than the fact that they are located in China!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and totally dishonest!!! They shouldn't even be allowed on the platform after trying to get over on customer like this, especially since it makes Amazon look just as bad as they are!!!DOWN BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW (before I found out all of this new information, and the perch started falling apart). I will be purchasing a new product from a more reputable seller this time! BUYER BEWARE!!!So this thing definitely stays in place on the window, and it can hold some pretty heavy weight. Our 15 pound adult cat can sit on it with 3 5 pound kittens and it stays it place perfectly (it does look like it sagging on one side though, where ever the large adult cat is sitting, but hasn't moved at all though). The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is simply because the only thing holding the cloth shelves where they sit onto the metal frame is velcro, so I do worry about that velcro eventually giving way and them falling, so I'm going to just put a few stitches in ours, just for my own piece of mind. It hasn't moved even with just the velcro holding it, but I just have a hard time trusting only velcro with that much weight. Otherwise, this is a great window purch, and definitely worth the money!

The media could not be loaded.  I love this cat window hammock. My big boy Shadow is 16 lbs. He is a tank. This holds him no problem at all. He hesitated at first but once he got on he sleeps there every night. He plays with toys while on it and it shows no signs of collapsing on him. I am very happy with this. The hammock has a nice soft furry type pad. It was a lil tricky getting it together because I didn't think the directions were super clear. But the company sent me a updated version of the instructions without me asking for it. Once I got it half way together it got easy to finish. I have 4 cats and so far just my big gets on it but my kitties don't like sharing . When he gets bored with it one of the others will check it out. This was a great purchase. If it can hold my big boy playing then it can hold any kitty.

I bought the exact one while in London and it was great. Purchased again when I returned to Australia and even tho it is the same pictures (and looks like others received the good one) this one is nothing like what is shown in the picture. It is half the size and the gap from the top to bottom shelf is not even enough for my cat to lay in comfortably. Photo of my hand in the gap and I have small hands!Also the general size of the hammock areas are tiny. Good for a kitten DO NOT BUY!

You can't wash the covers in the washing machine, I did just that on a delicate cycle and the vinyl underneath started peeling off everywhere. I had to remove the vinyl completely but now what's left of the fabric is incredibly thin and see through. The bolts holding the frame together have also ripped holes into the fabric. My cats loved it and were in it 24/7 but now it's super messed up and I can't find any hammock replacements anywhere.

first of all, this isn't the same design as the photo.the frame is different where the suction cups attach, and you can't install it on a narrow window.The top suctions that hang above the frame can be attached in a narrow configuration, but the other 4 cups that attach to the frame cannot be narrowed past a certain point, and certainly not anywhere close to 17.7".I think the design in the pictures allows for the cups to be installed in a more narrow configuration, but the one i received cannot.if you're like me and you chose this because it installs onto a narrow window thats about 18-19", then you're out of luck, it won't fit.
