Q: I knocked qone of mine and broke the crank that holds the wooden handle off. Any chance for just parts?

A friend of mine accidentally broke the handle off of one of ours as well. There is a piece jammed into the mechanism that we can't get out. But, I would contact the seller and ask anyway. I had to ask them for a full replacement crank mechanism and they sent one right away. Very easy to work with.
