Quick setup, must know your way around saws!
The media could not be loaded. This bandsaw is a good addition to my novice shop. I've used many high quality commercial machines before and they are better equipped with girth and weight, BUT for under 300.00 dollars for occasional use this will do the job fine. The 72.something length blade is not available locally for me new but know of a few vendors in a neighboring city that can get me what I need for this.Initially I thought it came with a wood blade then measured the tpi. It will work for aluminum for sure but I'm hesitant to push brass or copper castings through it with the original blade just yet. Value my fingers far too much lol.Overall happy with the purchase over the rayobi at depot that doesn't co

Waste of time, waste of money
Blade guide broke within three boards. Unremarkable, two short coarse thread screws are all that's holding the blade guide assembly in place, one screw broke on fourth board, this is absolute junk. I can't believe I'm saying this but the stuff from harbor freight is like 5x the quality of this. Bought mid-August, into the trash before the start of September (two weeks). Mist of those two weeks was spent repairing it, I think I ripped 6 boards in total.

Assembly instructions very vague.
Assembly was a challenge. However has performed well in the resaw tasks I have completed. It does stall if I push too quickly - so slow and steady has been the remedy.

Vevor band saw and stand.
The Vevor Band Saw is Fantastic! The stand that came with it is Totally inadequate. When you attach the stand to the saw the legs are to close together to be stable. It is a Great Saw though, I love using it!

Saw works great but No assembly instructions.
This band saw works great, is simple to operate and an excellent value. It's a far better in every way than my old band saw that it replaced. I really like the safety conscious design of VIVOR's power on-off switch. If you are new to band saws, this saw will be a bit of a hassle to assemble since there are no assembly instructions! Once you get it assembled though, you will have a thorough understanding of its operation. It two-speed operation feature isn't that convenient to use. It requires opening the lower compartment and shifting the motor drive belt to a different sized pulley and then readjusting it for proper belt tension. That's a minor thing. For this price this is a killer product.

Good value for the money
Pro review. These days you expect a lot of plastic parts on tools, not the case here. The knob handles are plastic and that's basically it. The body of the machine is solidly built out of thick gauge sheet steel and box tubing. Most saws in anyy price class will have an aluminum table, not here, it's thick gauge sheet steel and well made. The finish on the aluminum parts is not great appearance wise but functionally good.It is a no nonsense tool that was easy to set up and use for a lot less money than crap tools out there.Props to the company.

Needs assembly manual
Had to guess how it was assembled, work table is not parallel to the base (One bubble off) haven’t figured out how to correct that yet , base seems a little twisted , thus legs will need a shim . Pg 24 ,To increase or decrease tension you turn it “counterclockwise”. Pic Ok
