Red Wing Heritage 6" Rover Round Toe Copper Rough and Tough 10.5

Great product, true Redwing quality!!!

I unfortunately have one foot thats size 10.5 and the other is size 11. I normally just go with a size 11 for most other brands (nike, Adidas, cole haan, etc.) but for Red Wings I always size down. For the Rover I actually went into a Red Wing store to try on different sizes and colors. What their fit "technician" told me to get was a size 11 or 11.5. I was completely surprised by this recommendation because the size 11.5 fit me like clown shoes. I went with my better judgment and asked for a 10.5 which fit good. The shoes were still somewhat bigger than most 10.5 shoes I've owned, but they were comfortable.I also own Red Wing Chukkas in size 10 which fit, but the break-in period hurt like hell and even now 3 years later after wearing them daily they fit but when I ride my motorcycle I can feel my big toe touching the front of the shoe. My opinion is that Red Wings are not supposed to hurt like hell during break-in. If they do then you probably went too small in size. The 10.5 Rovers I got are stiff, but not painful at all. Start with a half size down from your normal shoe sizing.

Buy these 1/2 to a full size smaller than you normally wear in shoes. I’m a 10.5 and sent these back because they were way to big. 9.5 fits me perfectly in red wing.

Boots were better than what I expected showed up on time no complaints thank you.

These boots look good in the rough and tough. I have many pairs of redwings and i go a size down to 8.5 like i should. Withe these boots they are longer than the other redwings. Youll need to go half size down lower than what your other redwings are. I should of ordered 8 instead. Will keep them break them in. Dont feel like sending them back and waiting for another pair to come. Leather is nice and though. Thick. I love that they are though and not soft. I rather break them in and be uncofortable for a little while than have soft flimsy leather.

Second attempt first size 9.5 to big..I'm usually a size10 so had to return and go a full size down..great looking boot..will take a bit if time to break in..easy company to deal with no hassles with the initial return..recommend
