Q: Do the stockyard and journeyman jackets fit the same for the same size? l tall is too tight in the arms and xl tall is just huge.

Yes. I have the Journeyman in 4 colors and the Stockyard in blue/tan and they fit the same. I understand the sizing question. I wear extra large tall in most, but L tall in some and just XL in other LW.

Q: does it have leather on it?

No leather. It is waxed. It doesn’t feel waxy at all, but water beads right off. Lining is very soft. Love this jacket.
