Helps ease tight back
Just tried it out for the first time. It works well with my husband assisting me. My spine feels better after just a few minutes upside down. I do wish it had handle grip straps, also. I think that would make it easier to pull yourself back up from an inverted position. Something to consider. Also, think about your door height. I didn’t. Tall doors equate to a higher hanging sling. Overall very good and worth the cost.

So far so good!
I recently discovered that I have almost zero ability to arch my back. If I slouch over-- sure, there's a good bend :/ so that's probably a part of why there's not much bend the other way. I was trying to help my situation by rolling backwards on an exercise ball, which helped a bit (and hurt a bit), but it would flatten out too much with my weight so it probably wasn't as effective as I needed it to be.We already have a wall anchor for other fitness activities and because of that I don't use this contraption on the door, so I can't attest to how sturdy that specific part of this set is, (it *looks* like it's good quality though) but the rest of it seems to be secure and has no problem holding my weight (135 lbs). I basically have it set up on the wall anchor in a way that allows me to bend as though I'm in a full back bend (hands to the floor), but with the strap supporting me. This helps me to feel like I've got more balance and control because my hands can touch down on something. It hurts, I'm not gonna lie, and I'm pushing boundaries that my spine is unhappy with (I'm 42). It's not the wrong kind of pain though, it's the kind of pain that tells me that I'm getting in a really good, deep stretch. There's padding to make it more comfortable while laying across it, but my back gets real mad whenever I stretch it out on this stretcher lol. It's going to take some time to get a healthy arch again, but at least now I have the proper tool to do it!

Great stretch
This was a bit hard to initially set up with the door anchors, but once I did, it is obviously very easy to use. As you can see from my photo, it also has a good amount of padding so it’s more comfortable than some others that I have utilized. It also seems to be very sturdy, so no worry about breaking.

Seems sturdy, easy to use
I haven’t used anything like this before. I worried that the very old doors in my house wouldn’t be able to hold it but it’s working out great. After propping it over the door and closing it, I had to pull down so the stopper actually met the door which I thought I achieved and got freaked out when it slid some more. Once it was settled I used it to stretch my legs and tried to hang from it to lift the tension from my back and it was great. The pad could be thicker but it saves you from the bare strap digging into you. It came with hardware to hang it instead of using the door but I rent. I’m pretty happy with it as a beginner. It seems really durable and strong and capable of holding my body weight without ruining the door. Plus easy to store or transport.

Great Product!
I have to admit that at first I was very intimidated by this product but I took my time to set it up right so that I would not injure myself. Please make sure that if you are using the option to put this over a door, please make sure that you have a good handle on your door and that you lock it. Do not forget that important step of locking the door! Then after that make sure to pull on the stap so that it is secure before you put your whole weight on it.This was a great way to get my stretches in without having to get down on the floor. The padding made it comfortable.

A strong, stable, pretty comfortable stretcher thing
One of the problems we have, because of always sitting, is that we lose the proper arch in our lower back (among many other problems). This device does a great job of restoring that arch/alignment.I have this permanently installed in my garage gym and it's very convenient. Really does help with stretching backward. It seems strong enough. I have no fear of it breaking. It's comfortable; it doesn't chafe or rub my skin aggressively. And it works.5 stars. Well made, seems durable, it is comfortable, and it's convenient.
