pre filter candles not included in this/
i bought this new RO after using pure-it ultima for more than 10 years. the old unit had a small issue and i decided to get a new one as the old one was nearly ancient. ordered on amazon and got it. once the people came to install, we were informed that the pre-filter candle set is missing. luckily, my old set was compatible and we got it installed after changing the filter part of the candle. i complained to amazon. got a call from eureka forbes for feedback. i was informed that prefilter candle set is not included with this RO. That is completely wrong on their part. if a standard equipment like pre-filter is not included, they should mention it and also give us an option to buy it separately. but i guess, this is too much for eureka forbes...

Excellent purifier, Excellent service
The model really looks good.... RO water also tastes very good. Excellent service by Eureka Forbes, got the item installed within 24 hrs. One suggestion..... Better to buy directly from Eureka Forbes, Check the seller name and choose. Then warranty, installation, service all will be smooth.

Good product and easy installation
Using it for over a year and there is no issue with it. It's working fine. For installation local distributor/company came and did the work for few extra charges.

The media could not be loaded. Installation is swift. Machine is working well. ButWater is not as sweet as they claim. Other wise everything is perfect.
